November 10th, 2008It comes down to this.
It comes down to this.
i used to be an accountant
stuck in an office job
i found a new vocation
in the agua negra
wetsuit is my protection
hopefully it’s enough
somebody has to clear the drains
i know it’s dangerous
and if a hole appears
i won’t regret the years
keeping the sewers clear
so people can live better
i clean up corpses
mattresses and dead dogs
I know the city needs me
when there’s heavy runoff
i still have fear
i still have fear
i still have fear
but I’ve learned to stay calm
mexican sewer diver
it’s a dirty job
working for the people
in the agua negra
and if a hole appears
i won’t regret the years
keeping the sewers clear
so people can live better
better
mexican sewer diver
mexican sewer diver
Abrahama, he can walk on air
some days he can fly
campaigning, he goes everywhere
in the sea and the sky
from the heartland to big city streets
oh the people, they cry
Abrahama save us from despair
we need change or we’ll die
Abrahama Obama
one day we’ll be free
Abrahama Obama
we are the change we need
We want a grown-up president
who won’t act like a child
We don’t need any more bad dreams
or CEOs gone wild
election time is here again
vote hope over fear
let’s make Obama president
for a better four years
Abrahama Obama
one day we’ll be free
Abrahama Obama
we are the change we need
we are the change we need
After a few months of ASP.NET hosting and using BlogEngineDotNet, I have finally moved paintingtasters.com to hosting perfect for Wordpress. BlogEngine is great and probably the best blogging engine available for ASP.NET but there’s so many nice benefits to using popular software like Wordpress. Anyway, I just moved the site and it will take a little while to set everything up again.
In the meantime, here’s a clip from a performance at Cusanos Italian Kitchen!
